Google XML sitemap and BING webmaster tools

Can someone tell me why after I upgraded the plugin. My website haven’t been crawl by bing since 04/08/2014. It is quite some time. Does anyone know what the issue might be. It says it is sucessfully submitted but just haven’t been crawled.
