Google webmasters Structured Data Error

First of all, this isn’t a problem, but just a notice. The mentioned markup is not provided on all parts of your site, but only on posts.

I understand now that it is related to individual post with have title author and date.

On some posts it shows

this error is related to some Gravatars on your site and yes, you can ignore this as it won’t affect your rankings at all. Much more important is that you publish high-quality content on your site, that’s what you should focus on. ??
