Google webmaster tools sitemap error

    Sorry I speak very low english.

    I have the website: tetoonline.com/pt/
    My XML link is: https://www.tetoonline.com/pt/sitemap_index.xml

    I put this on webmaster tools but say:
    Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.

    What is the solution?

    NOTE: My website is in a folder: /pt/
    I dont use cache system.
