• Hi guys, my theme have google web front features but if I active google web front then page loading time have increased. So i am planing to convert it as internal web front.

    Do u think it is a goood idea or google web font is best.

    Whether downloading from Google or your site, the same files need to be downloaded. The advantage of using Google, IMHO, is that (1) it’s probably faster than your server, (2) common Google fonts may already be cached by your browser and (3) if there are updates to the font, that’s all handled automatically. The downside is that you add to the base of what Google knows about you and your users.

    For best loading times, it’s best to minimize the number of fonts you use, regardless of source.
