Google V2 Not Enough

  • Seemed to stop spam registrations for a few days then they started again.
    Clearly the bot can handle Google V2 recaptcha.
    Need something stronger.

    Sadly we can’t control how effective the reCAPTCHA is, all the plugin does is help you implement it on your forms.

    Having reCAPTCHA enabled is likely still much better than having no captcha at all, however, of course it’s still possible for some to slip by, especially as spam becomes more persistent and advanced.

    It may be worth considering some additional measures if you have not done already, for example adding a firewall to your site, for some extra security/spam protection alongside reCAPTCHA.
