Google UA – Sessions with checkout

  • Hello,

    After installing GA4, I don’t get data for Sessions with Check-Out.

    I have paused the tag Conversion linker. Is this because of this?

    Hi,

    The screenshot you posted is from a GA3 report but you mentioned GA4 in your original post.

    While checking your site, I can see that you have implemented both GA3 and GA4 tracking. On your checkout page however I do not see that your ecommerce event tag for GA3 is firing. Please check your ecommerce helper trigger, it should include gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC as well.

    these are the event names included in helper tag:

    gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC|gtm4wp.productClickEEC|gtm4wp.removeFromCartEEC|gtm4wp.checkoutOptionECC|gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC|gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC

    Should I just add gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC and remove gtm4wp.checkoutOptionECC?

    It should include this value:

    gtm4wp.productClickEEC|gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC|gtm4wp.removeFromCartEEC|gtm4wp.checkoutOptionEEC|gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC|gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC|gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC

    Also please make sure that the “Use regex matching” checkbox is turned on
