Only GTM attached on site. I added GA4 and UA codes via GTM. When I fill in all the relevant sections in the plugin installation area, I get a warning via Chorme Google Tag Assistant that the UA has been triggered twice. If I remove the UA code from within the plugin, the warning goes away, but I see the Analytics UA site activity but not the purchases.
Also, I can only see purchases as conversions through GA4. Although I define additions to cart as conversions on ads, they do not appear as conversions.

  • Hi @zngntr,

The duplication was caused by the other tracking script that you installed on your site. Pixel Manager also generates a tracking script on your site automatically. That’s why when the pixel was triggered, two reports were sent.

To fix this, please remove the GA4 and UA codes that you installed via Google Tag Manager. Then, configure our plugin as seen here – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/plugin-configuration/google-analytics.

Could you try this and see if the pixel will still be triggered twice?

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Kenneth
