Regarding the _ga cookie, it only appears in the storage console of the Google browser developer tool. These are the data

I have not created Analytics statistics on the web but I have added https://search.google.com (<meta name=”google-site-verification” content=”) Could it be that this is the reason why this cookie appears? Just an FYI. We have discussed this today and an article will appear soon on our website to discuss the service as a whole, as it seems not as cut and dry as other Google services. We will then update cookiedatabase.org accordingly.

Maybe it’s best to clear the cookies on the cookie scan page, then scan again to get all data fresh.
