Google tracking for Pop-up CC

Hi, I would like to google track the clicks on the pop-up CC when people click the GET YOUR QUOTE button. I need to add this sort of code on the button:
<a onclick=”goog_report_conversion (‘https://example.com/your-link’)”
href=”https://example.com/your-link”>Download now!Is there any way of tracking those clicks on the button please?
