    Are you getting any errors? Please check your Log/History tab and let me know what do you have there.

    Hi guys,

    I’ve tried a few more posts and checked the log. There are no errors reported. The post is posted to G+ with no problems, link is clickable in the body of the text, but there’s no attachment with thumbnail any more.

    Are you sure you are not forcing shortened links? If not please contact support directly.

    Hi guys,

    No I’m not forcing shortlinks. I’ve tried both full URLs and shortened URLs – same result.

    Before I contact support, can you please test to see if this problem is also occurring for you? It was working fine until a month ago so it’s possible there has been a change on Google’s end that’s causing this.

    No, of course we already tested it and this problem is not occurring for us or any other users, otherwise we would not be asking to take a look at your environment. It’s something specific to you.

    No problems, image and URL are exactly where they are suppose to be.

    Seems to be working again guys. I think it might have been a cloudflare issue.
