google tag manager locally

  • the snippet you add, does it load the tag manager locally, or it loads it from google servers?

    i am asking since i use gtag by flying analytics, so i wonder, if i still need your plugin, and if so, how does it load (speed wise)

  • good question – Google servers are pretty slow with gtag and we are getting blocking time on Lighthouse tests. Would love to move to local server or do it via Cloudflare workers.
