Thanks for the support. This isn’t the direct solution to the issue I wrote about. Google Tag Managers format isn’t only GTM-XXXXXXX but also GT-XXXXXXX with GA4. Could please adjust Option 1: Direct integration for the use with the new Google Tag Manager format please?

You can use the “Google Analytics 4” or “Google Universal Analytics” field with GT-XXXXXXX tracking ID format as is the same, it uses the same scripts and should work.
