Google Tag Manager / Error

Hello!

When enabling the Javascript Optimization in the plugin I get the following error for my website (in the Tag Assistant Chrome Extension):

“Multiple installations of Google Tag Manager detected”

It happens after I click on the anchor linking on my page but only if the Javascript Optimization is enabled.

I put googletagmanager.com/gtm.js on the Javascript Ignore List and Async Disabled List.
As well as on the Proxy Exclude List.

Any hint on what to try next? ??
