    Hi there,

I have tried setting up Content Grouping for my GA4 property. I have done the content groups by data layers (not by regex). I have set everything up correctly in GTM and they are firing and retrieving the correct values in preview mode on GTM. They are however not being sent through the Beehive Pro plugin. I know this because these values are not showing up in my debug view in GA4, and when I look through my dataLayer inspector extension, they are not being sent as I have a pageview event (as they should).

I do not want to have to take the plugin off my site to get the content grouping to work as it is crucial to my site.

Hopefully you are able to find a fix with this.

    Thanks

    Hi @kelsiehall,

I hope you are doing well today!

We have forwarded this information to our Beehive developer team to be checked and will inform you accordingly. Thanks for the patience while we are looking into this.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Zafer,

After analyzing this further with my developers, we found that we cannot have the GTM code while simultaneously having the GA4 measurement ID in beehive. Once we took the GA4 measurement ID out, the content groups were able to be sent and Google Analytics was able to track this data.

    Thanks,
    Kelsie
