Google Tag Assistant `Missing analytics.js script`

    Hello.

    The Google tag assistant in chrome is claiming it is missing the analytics.js script?

    Is this normal?

    However, it does says it has a page request and code found outside of the head. Is it a problem for it to be missing the analytics.js or is it technically not true?
