I switched to a new host/server (WP Engine) and am no longer able to use the live data feed into Google Sheets. When using the =importdata method it simply returns the value “0”. No other data is shown.

To remedy this I switched to the =cfdbdata method. This was working great, however I just logged in again and suddenly I get the error that the password for the username is incorrect. I have triple checked this password and it is definitely correct.

I also noticed that when I enter the URL generated from the shortcode builder with my username and password it returns the “ERROR: The password you entered for the username … is incorrect. Lost your password?”. This should produce the CSV file at minimum.

Is anyone having this issue? Would it have anything to do with the latest WordPress update?

    Thanks!

I resolved the issue concerning the =cfdbdata error, as well as successfully accessing the URL that the shortcode generator produces. This was seemingly caused by my WordPress password. It was a long password with a variety of different characters. I believe one of these characters may have been causing the issue. I changed the password and removed some of the more obscure characters and I had no issues at all afterwards. Hopefully this helps someone in the future.

The =importdata method still simply returns “0” only and no other data. I’m not sure what is causing this return in Google sheets.
