Google spreadsheet based chart does not update

    Hi,

    I have for years been using this great plugin for a set off charts based on Google Spreadsheets. They have always auto updated immediately.
    Now I have created a new chart based on a copy of one of the old ones. I also copied the setup in the new Google spreadsheet and followed the guid on how to publish to .csv.

    When I update the spreadsheet the chart does not update. What am I missing?

  • Same here… the cron runs but the hook doesn’t seem to be working..
    Clicking on save schedule again (manually) actually updates the charts…

    This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

    It seems the cron job responsible for updating the charts did not get created. Try to reactivate the plugin to address this.
