• Hey there,

    I posted some answer/reply on a different post but it got archived. The only problem remaining for me in the google search console is reviews without any scoring being tagged as issues (apparently a testimonials always needs a score according to Google).

    I was wondering if something is in the works for this? Or are we suppose to give a scoring and then hide them with css or something? ??

  • If you give each testimonial a star rating and then go into the Rotator settings you can hide the stars. Whether this satifies Google I don’t know yet, but I have asked GSC to validate the fix on the site it has just identied. Hope this helps.

    Just heard back from GSC and the action I suggested above has fixed the issue.

    Alright, but we use single testimonials outside a rotator as well (due to styling mostly) and these still report errors (and there is no hide option for the stars).

    You can also hide the stars in CSS.
    .testimonial_rotator_stars {
    display: none;}
