    Hello miktho,

    1. Please make sure that you are checking exactly the WordPress root (the WordPress can be placed not in the root, but in the subforlder, then you should find the sitemap in the subforlder)
    2. Please check the rights for files in the folder (you should set 644 or 755 rights). Please try to create both files (robots.txt и sitemap.xml) manually. And set the rights 777 for it.
