Thanks for reaching out. If you’ve setup Site Kit for your client can you confirm that you’ve provided access to this user for the respective property for that site? You would need to know the Google account account user by your client during setup.

If the issue persists please share the following and we’d be happy to investigate this issue further:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can share privately using this form
    2. The full dashboard error

    Hello,
I have a same problem : not acces to page GOOGLE ANALYTICS on my dashboard or panel admin after click “complete activation analytics”.

Thank you James, I sent the information you requested. The error I can only remember what I wrote, I can have the client redo and send. Thank you

The client has admin access to the analytic and adword accounts tied to the plugin, does that matter?

Thanks for the update. They would also need access to the Search Console property. Let me know if you need assistance with this and I’d be happy to assist. Let’s see if that allows your client to proceed.

Same Error when he tried, “Unknown Error Code: checking requirements failed. To fix this, redo the plugin setup.”

Thanks for the update, sorry to hear that didn’t work. Can you ask this user to follow the troubleshooting steps below>

    1. Disconnect from Site Kit by clicking on the icon on the top right of the dashboard
    2. Open up a browser incognito window
    3. Attempt Site Kit setup once more. When requested they’ll need to login to the Google account which you provided access to. They can confirm they have access by accessing this link.
    4. If the same dashboard error occurs share any console errors that occur

That did not work either, you can see the details in this video: https://vimeo.com/tonywinstead/review/468945139/184fc95a13

Thanks for sharing, the video is useful to see what’s going on. I can check with the team to see if we can determine any additional cause.

In the meantime for this same site can you try and create an additional administrator WordPress user, and then give this user access to the associated Search Console property? You can then login to this WordPress site (from this administrator user account) to check whether setup proceeds. It might be useful to try and determine this issue being at account level.

Yes, I was able to create a new admin user for wordpress, login and go through google sitekit setup start to finish no problem. I got an email from thge search console asking to manage or act like I don’t know the person and I added the new account with Full access.

That’s great, thanks for the update. I wonder does the user have multiple Google accounts. During the setup stage they’d have to connect to the associated Google account which you provided access to. Alternatively if they did have multiple Google accounts caching may have interfered during the setup process. Can you check if the user has another Google account which you can use to provide access to?

    I will, Thank you
