Google showing follower count?

    Hello Claudio,

    First of all thank you for this wonderful plugin.

    One question:
    Since Google removed the +1 button for pages, what is your plugin counting now? The followers? However, my counter is stuck at the number of +1 my page had before Google changed the button.

    How can I change it to show the follower count instead of the old and no longer supported +1 count?
