Google showing directories that should be hidden

If you do a google search for tampamason you can see that it is indexing folders inside the /plugins/event-calendar/

I’ve put a no-google index.php in the main directory which makes them load blank pages, but I would really like to have these directories completely invisible to google. Is this a permissions issue or do I need to do something else?
