Google show results wrong from my website

    Hello guys here is my website: https://www.4bac.ro
    So the problem is like this:
    1) I searched on google “alexandru lapusneanu caracterizare 4bac.ro” it is about a character and what can i see the first result is something like this:

    Why i dont see the title about the character “Alexandru lapusneanul” and i see something else from info

    Some posts are indexing good ?? some not… why ? ??
    (some posts are from 1 month and the problem one is from yesterday… should this be the problem? – i have to wait more for google to index that post?)
