    Hi!

Additional images are imported correctly into google merchant (comma separated) but google messes them up because it doesn’t see them all as individual images. It groups them together messing up the correct links and we get “Example items for issue: Invalid image [additional image link]”

What could we do about this?

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you did not already do so I suggest you create the feed in XML-format as that is way less error prone than CSV.

You can than add the additional image by adding field mappings that look like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ej1kel7xk2svprb/additional-image-mappings.png?dl=0

So every additional image gets its own XML node.

    Hi!

    Thanks for your quick answer!

Our feeds are XML feeds and we use the Elite version of the plugin.
In my opinion the feed is fine because the images are written like this “…jpg, https…” and the information is displayed correctly in google merchant.

We will modify the feeds as per your sugestion.

    Thank you!

I would also appreciate some help on building language and country feeds for Facebook.

I already uploaded an English product feed but can’t figure out how to build the language/country feeds in order for facebook to properly identify the products and attach the localized content…

We use WPML and the English product ids are not the same as French product ids.. I can’t figure out how to link the French product ids to the English ones..

It seems you are using the WPML feature and thus the paid Elite version of our plugin. Unfortunately, per the WordPress forum guidelines, we’re not allowed to discuss our paid Elite plugin here so for any questions about our paid plugins, please contact our support team directly.
