I have a meet-up registration form that saves form data to a google sheet, The Post Title is the location, and I have a hidden field called Location set to the default value of Embed Page/Post Title. With version, 1.23.3 that field is blank in Google Sheets. When I rolled back to version 1.22.1, the field is properly populated in my Google Sheet.

Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. Possible to share the form export, so that we could check the existing configuration and have a better idea regarding the issues noticed?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

Hi @jjacoberger,

Thanks for sharing the export, really appreciate it. I could replicate the issue and I’m bringing this further to our team’s attention so that the issue could be resolved asap.

As a workaround could you please try disabling the “Load form using AJAX” option by editing your form under Behavior tab > Rendering see whether that helps or not too.
