Google Sheet Sync doesn’t work and Zero support to paid customers

    I purchased the said product. It didnt work even once.

    after pressing submit button, the actual submission doesn’t happen. Neither email notifications go (which worked without google sheet sync), nor is the sheet getting updated. But the data gets captured in result sheet.

    I sent out two emails to support thro your website, no response. That is bad.

    If your paid plugin is unstable pls fix it or remove it from sale. if it doesn’t work pls refund or give me at least export input plugin if that works.

    I got an email from your tech team now that they have resolved all my queries through other emails sent earlier and that the issue is closed. No resolution was provided.

    Neither is my issue resolved, nor did I get any other emails. I checked all my email folders.
