Google Sheet not saving data

    I have installed Google Sheet Addon with WP Forms.

    Google Sheets is saving the data of successful form submission.

    I also want the data of abandoned form submission. How to get it?

    Hi @simraan,

    We’d be happy to help!

    However, the Google Sheets addon and the Form Abandonment addon are only available with a Pro license level or higher.

    With this, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.?

    I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!
