Google Sheet integration is failing

    Hello,

    I’ve been using an integration with Google Sheets to collect submissions but it doesn’t work anymore.

    When trying to re-authorize, I’m getting on the Google page “Access blocked: This app’s request is invalid” and these are the error details:

    Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch

You can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy.

If you're the app developer, register the redirect URI in the Google Cloud Console.
Request details: redirect_uri=https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=forminator-integrations&slug=googlesheet&section=authorize&global_id=xxxxc6d3466e70.15354671

    Please, let me know how to fix it, so I can continue using the integration. Thank you.

    Sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

    Could you please confirm if you are using the latest version of the Formiantor plugin and WordPress on your website?

    Wouldn’t you mind sharing an export of the form so that we could take a closer look at the issue? Please share the export of the form using Google Drive or DropBox as sharing the same here in the ticket might format the data.

    Thank you for your response. I use the latest version of Forminator (1.25.2) and WP 6.3.1.

    Hope this message finds you well and thanks for the update.

    I imported your form and I was able to connect to Google Sheets without any issues.

    But after taking a second look at your error, is mydomain.com the real Authorized redirect URIs set at your Google Cloud, Credentials?

    Request details: redirect_uri=https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=forminator-integrations&slug=googlesheet&section=authorize&global_id=xxxxc6d3466e70.15354671

    Could you create new Credentials for Client IDs for Web applications at Google and try to integrate it again?

    Please let us know if the issue persists after that.

    Hi Laura,

    You are amazing! You were right – I was missing the Google credentials for this website. It didn’t cross my mind because last year, I used the same form and it worked well.
