• Hello, I’m currently having a problem with my website. I have a form with Formonator that sends an email and inserts a row into an Excel spreadsheet.

My Google account is properly integrated and authorized. The application is in production on the Google Cloud Console.

The problem is that on the first day, the data is successfully inserted into the Google Sheet, but the following days, it seems to have expired.
It no longer works, even though it is authorized. If I authorize it, it works again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @techdoowup

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the integration with Google Sheets. The screenshots you shared shows that the integration is properly configured, that being said, I suggest you to revisit our documentation:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#google-sheets

In the case there is any step you have missed. Make sure that the OAuth Consent Screen page contains the domain that your site uses, and the OAuth 2.0 Client ID configuration has the proper link that Forminator provides when connecting the integration.

I tried to replicate the issue on a test site, but so far I haven’t been able to replicate it. As you mentioned this issue appears after a day, this can take some time. Meanwhile, I am reaching our dev team in the case they have any more clues of what’s happening in your site.

Please be patient while we look at this, and let us know if after re-checking the integration configuration you are still having issues.

    Kind regards,
    Jair.
