    Hello

    I’m unable to sync products, categories sync well. When I try to sync products I get [internal server error] but product is still created.

    When I go to products listing I can see the product but on top line I see error “Google Sheet API Error: Invalid data[0]: Unable to parse range: products!AQ”

    The sync status is not updated in Google sheets either for the product.

    When I delete the product I get critical error.

    Edit: also when trying to export existing categories (product export never finishes) to google sheets I get error: Error while syncing-back

    Any ideas?

    Hi @rasofi,

    It seems you have updated/changed the Google sheet headers. Please copy the Google template we provided in plugin and use this. If it is not resolve please contact us via our site support. We cannot provide support for pro features here.

    Hello

    Yes I tried to add custom fields after the ones that were in the copy, but existing headers were unmodified. However, this was fixed in the 2.0 -> It seems to be syncing without errors, just the custom fields are not populated with data.

    I will do more testing with version 2.0 now, but I still don’t know how I can add these custom fields.

    Thank you!

    @rasofi,

    You should not change any column in the header. And you can custom/meta fields inside meta_data like:

    [{"key":"fieldname", "value":"field value"}]
