• Hi there –

The google search results for my site pull in the titles of the featured images, which I have even since deleted and changed. They still show up. I have installed the Yoast SEO plug-in, and it doesn’t fix it. My blog is lilliandunn.com if you’d like to check out what I mean. I’ve tried re-naming the images, deleting the image names, and tweaking settings in Yoast, but the site description still shows up as the list of image names from my first four blog posts. Any advice?

    Thank you!

  • If you’re using Yoast WordPress SEO, fill ‘Meta Description’ in Edit Screen of Post.

There may be multiple reason why it is showing images name.
Like, Google doesn’t crawled since you installed Yoast’s Plugin and/or
meta description is dependent on search query and doesn’t always follow what you want.
