Google Search just appeared on my pages!!

I have just noticed that somewhere from out of space a Google Search bar has arrived on my WordPress pages – very annoying – how can I remove this please… it is at the bottom of each page now – using Child Theme Third Style https://www.beaconoflightenfield.co.uk
