    Hello,

    We have four warnings in Google Search Console, they are:

    Warning – Missing field ‘aggregateRating’ – 201
    Warning – Missing field ‘review’ – 201
    Warning – Missing field ‘brand’ – 201
    Warning – No global identifier provided (e.g. gtin, mpn, isbn) – 201

    These are not coming up as ‘Errors’. but ‘Valid with warning’.

    How can we fix these?

    We’re on the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, theme and all the plugins.

    As suggested by one of the commenters, please make sure that you are using the latest version of WooCommerce.

    Meanwhile, if you can please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    I am able to see that the WooCommerce Database does not match the WooCommerce core version.

    As a next step, please update your WooCommerce Database to match the core version. This can be done via?WooCommerce?>?Status?>?Tools?>?Update database.

    Please ensure that you have a good?backup?of your?full site and database?in place before doing the updates, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

    Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription however, some good options to consider using are?Jetpack, or ?UpdraftPlus.

    I don’t think it has been updated.

    There is the ‘Update WooCommerce Database’ button at the top and when we click that, two processes get stuck, they are:

    ‘update_callback’ => ‘wc_update_650_approved_download_directories’
    ‘update_callback’ => ‘wc_update_651_approved_download_directories’

    When we run those two, the ‘Update WooCommerce Database’ button comes back and we’re stuck in a loop.

    Thanks for the update!

    According to your latest Status report, the WC Database has still not been updated to match the WC core version, as seen below:

    WC Version: 6.6.1
WC Database Version: 6.4.0

    Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending and manually run any recent pending actions to see if this makes any difference?

    I have asked Google Search Console to check again and we’re still getting ‘Valid with warning’ errors.

    This may be due to the WC Database not updating to match the core version, as mentioned earlier. Once this has been updated successfully, the results of the issue may change.

    If the database is still not updated, please could you follow the guide below on enabling debug mode to check for any errors:

    Hi there @richesio!

    Regarding the warnings on Google Search Console:

    Warning – Missing field ‘aggregateRating’ – 201
    Warning – Missing field ‘review’ – 201
    Warning – Missing field ‘brand’ – 201
    Warning – No global identifier provided (e.g. gtin, mpn, isbn) – 201

    These are optional fields and may or may not be associated with your products.

    For example, aggregateRating and review would only be present if someone has rated/reviewed the product. (https://woocommerce.com/document/product-reviews/)

    For the brand and global identifier fields, you’ll need to explore custom solutions: https://www.google.com/search?q=woocommerce+add+schema+to+products because there is no option in WooCommerce to add those.
