    Google Search Console sent me an email:

    Breadcrumbs issues detected on https://ebps.org.uk/
    Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 1 Breadcrumbs issues:
    Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified
    We recommend that you fix these issues when possible to enable the best experience and coverage in Google Search.

    I do not understand the URL Google has found and I cannot find a way of getting to it through the website

    This is the code they highlighted:
