Google Search Console: Indexed, not submitted in sitemap

    Hi,
    I have create and submit site map using Yoast SEO plugin but Google Search Console say Indexed, not submitted in sitemap to most of the url. This error occurs almost all URL almost 95% url.

    My question is whats the problem? Problem with my site or Yoast SEO or other problem?
    And how can I solve this issue.

    Please help me anyone on this issue
