google rich snippets doesn't work

    Hi,
    i installed the plugin and marked Enable google rich snippets as Yes; but when i use Data Highliter Tool on google webmaster, with one of my posts, google just can see star icons with no rate(not average rate, no of users, …)
    it’s kind of you if you can help me fix it

    I am not sure if you are using the right tool to test, the right tool is https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/

    If it doesn’t work, switched to the default theme and deactivated all other plugins as there might be conflict.

    plugin is working correctly;
    and i tested my site with the tool you said; apparently google can detect it correctly;
    but the problem is, in google search results, under results from my site there is not any rate, star or anything related to wp-postratings plugin

    p.s. i’ve activated the plugin for 1 day

    That is not within my control anymore. Give it time. As to how long, I don’t know. It is up to Google.
