I noticed past posts about 0 results showing for review count, but I found some interesting points. In rich results, it shows zero count, although it does see the reviews. If I disable the plugin, the count also shows zero, but the reviews still show.

Iv had this plugin for 2 days, imported 109 reviews, and it already shows I maxed my import. I thought I had 400 free imports?

One other thing, my admin css gets considerably changed while this plugin is active. My radio buttons are effected, and the top portion of post edits are bolded.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello Joshuabaer and thank for posting a thread on the support,

for the 0 counts issue, it is an issue with latest version of woocommerce, it is a regression actually, we had added a work arround to fix the issue and normally it is fixed, if it is not the case, please provide me more details and i will check this out,
    for the second issue
actually there was a bug with the number of items that can be imported, it is not anyomore 400 since long time, it is 150, I have update the FAQ and fixed the bug on the code, now you should be able to import more products.

for the issue with css, I would like if you can send a screenshot by email to [email protected] I will create a ticket support in order to fix this issue,

for any suggestion or new feature, do not hesitate to propose it to us,
thank you again for this and have a good day

@luxdecor21 , FYI, I communicated with their support team via email and they seemed to acknowledge the problem, explaining they “would make a ticket” about it. Its been 10 days now and I havent heard anything back on the matter.

Hopefully a solution comes quick, as this matter causes various problems for google shopping and search results.

The issue has been fixed on the version 1.9.7, we have run some tests on our local envionrement and it works fine, for all new products this will be working fine, for old products, you will need to add one comment at least to make them compatible with google console.
waiting for your feedbacks to update the support thread
