    Hello,

    Does the free version support the automatic update of Google reviews?

    If yes, how long does it take for the review to be updated on the website?

    Do we need to use Google Places API in the plugin?

    Hi @icemanau !

    With the free plugins you get the chance to display the last 10 reviews and manually update them every 10 days.

    In the website auto update is available: trustindex.io, to pull in and display the new reviews, the system needs a 24 hour processing time.

    With respect to signing up to https://www.trustindex.io/, would new reviews be available on this website or on our website in 24 hours?

    It is not clear what to expect from signing up to your website.

    Is there a subscription fee involved?

    Yes the auto updating option is available in the website with a subsciption.

    There won’t be a limit on the displayed number of reviews.
