google requests for translated pages after deactivation

    hi we have a website and we used gtranslate premium plugin before. but we found that we do not need it anymore. so we deactivated the plugin and deleted it. and we cancelled our subscription. also we set to not index example.com/language-code in robots.txt for all languages. and we deleted the additional code in htaccess.
    now still we found that in php access log file we have requests from google for those non existing pages, and this is causing 404 page result and we guess it cause high server load. or at least one of the reasons is this.
    can you help us to somehow tell google to not request for those pages ?
    I appreciate your response in advance.

    Hi,

    You cannot do anything about it other than wait.

    Just make sure that generating 404 error page is not resource intensive.
