    Dear Support,

when I activate the lazy load for products, the offline images appear not be lazy loaded. For example Google reports that all offline images that I have in the homepage and menus are reported as not lazy loaded. This issue delays the website loading. Is there a way to solve this issue? why off line images are not properly lazy loaded? in order to verify my statements please rung the google speed insight on my website and you will see that although i gave the lazy load on, it does not work. Please advise me.

Looking forward for your prompt reply.

    Fabio.

The LazyLoad functionality is not working at all on your site. Have you enabled it in the SG Optimizer and have you switched on the necessary sub-configuraions? Plus, that goes throught CloudFlare is there any optimization on their end that might be breaking the functionality?

Marking this as solved since it is a duplicate post.

    Hi Hirsto,

Based on your analysis, I understand now that the functionality is broken by my theme that changes the wc cart page.

Is there a way to exclude the lazy load execution from the specific cart page? I am aware of the fact that it is not unusual, for cache optimization plugins, to exclude specific URLs from the speed optimization.

Is there a way to do it? This would help me to solve the problem.

    Thanks.

No, we can’t exclude URLs from that optimization. Please exclude the size-woocommerce_thumbnail class and let me know if that helps

    Dear Hristo,

I have tried to exclude the indicated class by implementing the following: https://snipboard.io/kTNCBt.jpg

Could you kindly confirm that it is correct? I have checked but I have the feeling that the lazy load still does not work. I would really appreciate if you could also look at it using the same access details that I provided you.

I am really trying to find a way forward, the broken lazy load issue is really killing my website ??

    Thanks for your support.

    Fabio.
