• Hello World,

2 month ago, google started to reject my ads because of Malicious or Unwanted Software, i have contacted google, and they have given me all the url’s which they find infected. I have assigned these url’s to my developer, but he guarantees me that the sites can’t be infected. He even tried to delete one of the infected libraries, which he had local on his pc, and reloaded it back to the website, to guarentee it at no chance could be infected. However google once again pointed out that the library used was infected. Any idea of how i can fix this issue with google?

    Best Regards Christian Skj?th

Install the plugin Wordfwnce plugin and scan your site.

That doesn’t work. Google still find infected url’s which wordfence doesn’t find.

@cssngroup If you still have troubles running Google Ads, try these:

    1. Ask Google Ads support to provide a list with malicious links detected. This way you can research for specific malware removal tutorials.
    Direct link: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/approvals
    2. Make sure you perform a thorough cleanup, making sure your site files and database are clean ( very important ).
    3. Disable cache locally or any other external cache tools. Make sure you deliver latest content to your visitors – including Google bots.
    4. Ask for a re-index via Google search console.
    5. Ask for a re-evaluation, following the first link provided.

The best way to resolve this issue is by calling Ads support directly. As a professional WordPress security expert, I have faced this issue a lot’s time. After making the site clean secure, the client still complains that Google doesn’t approve their site because malicious links exist.

Contacting Google ads support, they just send the link but never arrange to rescan or check the website manually.
I had to write them a tricky email like “show me where the link is”!!

Before that, make sure your website is really clean and those links doesn’t exist!

Then they will truly rescan the site actually!!
It took 7 business days for me.
