    Hi there hope your well,

Recently saw this error on a test website I am building with WP Forms. I have done the following:

    – Confirmed recaptcha api keys are correct
    – Created a new form and added to a page then tested which works fine
    – Cleared all cache and tried again
    – Tested various browsers

Unfortunately the issue still persists so wondering if I can get some help please.

    Thanks!

  • Hello @agrtechnology,

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re having right now.

When you get the chance, can you please provide the URL of the page where we can see the form with the reCaptcha issue so that we can check it?

    Thank you.

    Hello @agrtechnology,

    My apologies for the wait.

I checked your site but you might have removed the reCaptcha in the form or you might have fixed the issue because when I tried to send a test entry, it went through without any issue. Here a screencast for reference.

If you’re having issues with another form, can you please point me to the form so that I can check it?

    Thank you.

here is a page with a new form with the captcha enabled:

    Hi @agrtechnology,

    Thanks for providing the link.

I was able to check the form and when I checked the console, I can see some JavaScript errors that seem to be caused by the minifier functionality of your caching plugin. Please check this screencast for reference.

When you get the chance, can you please check your caching plugin settings if it is possible for you to exclude the pages where the WPForms are from being cached/minified?

Thanks and please let me know how it goes.

Thanks will try that to see if it makes any difference

Without Nitro at the highest setting the forms worked as expected however the one test form with the captcha still didn’t work.

    Hi @agrtechnology,

In that case, when you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Hi @agrtechnology,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
