• I have many forms on the same website that use the Google reCAPTCHA v2. All are working except for one that I edited today. After clicking the Submit button, it simply gives me the message “Please complete the CAPTCHA.” I’ve emptied my cache, as well as unchecked and checked the “Enable Google reCAPTCHA v2” button. Nothing seems to work.

  • Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you can you empty the cache and try again?

    Thank you

Nope, no cache plugin installed. All the other forms that I’ve created that use FSCF work. Only this one doesn’t seem to submit correctly.

Hi, what is the difference between this form that does not work and the others that work?

As far as I know, there is no difference. I have about 25 forms that have been created over the last 2-3 years. I have retroactively added the Google reCAPTCHA option to all of them, and they seem to work except for this one. I have noticed that the others work by simply checking the box “I am not a robot.” But this one (I guess because it’s not working correctly) keeps popping up grids of pictures for me to choose from.

Hi, are these 25 forms in the same site or different sites?

Can you try the following troubleshooting documentation.

If the above does not help can you carry out a test. Can you create a new test form, add a few fields and add Google reCAPTCHA and then carry out a test. If this form works then the form that is not working might be corrupted. Your best option is to recreate a new form and delete the corrupted form.
