• We’ve installed a Google ReCaptcha plugin on my website and now we can’t log in to manage the website. We set things up incorrectly and are looking to fix it, but are unable to log in to make the necessary changes.

How do we verify the ReCaptcha on our wordpress login page?

Thank you all in advance for your generous help.

Remove the plugin; via the file manager of your hosting control panel, navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete the directory for the plugin you installed.

If you want to solve the problem and keep a recaptcha going forward, post a question in that plugin’s support area.

Thank you Steven, I appreciate you reaching out. Is there a way to access my hosting control panel without logging into my wordpress website?

When I attempt to sign in to my website’s .com/wp-admin, there’s not a way to verify the recaptcha. That’s what I’m trying to fix.

Your hosting control panel is not part of WordPress. Contact your host if you don’t know how to access it.
