    Dear Complianz Devs and Support-Members,

I have a booking website running with the “Amelia” Booking Plugin which is using Google Recaptcha in its booking-calender/-form.

In this Plugin the v3 Recaptcha is only loaded on the second step of the bookingform which leads to the Complianz Plugin missing to block it. You can take a look for yourself on the website (link attached) –> just click on an Event and then click on the Button “Weiter” (=next) to get to the next step of the bookingform where the Recaptcha is loaded (right bottom corner).

Could there be a possiblity to block this Recaptcha from loading (+ placeholder) before cookie-consent is given? By the way, on other forms on the website the blocking of Recaptchas is working as intended.

[I wasn′t sure if I should write you or the Amelia Plugin Developers –> I thought I will start with you first. :-)]

Thank you for your time and expertice.

    LG Patrick

    Hi @ioperator,

I suspect that to do this, it will be necessary to block the Amelia Widget prior to consent, as it might pose a challenge to isolate & block their ReCaptcha component specifically.

You can block the widget and add a placeholder prior to consent, by using the below configuration under Complianz > Integrations > Script Center > Block a script, iFrame or plugin.

Enable the slider when you’re done, and please use the Save button twice to ensure that the caches are emptied.

    Kind regards, Jarno
