Google reCaptcha in Opt-Out Section

Google ReCAPTCHA is used for tracking, which is why it falls under this category. You could use another form of verification with your forms, for example, Friendly Captcha, for which you do not have to ask consent: https://friendlycaptcha.com/insights/recaptcha-alternatives-compared-recaptcha-vs-hcaptcha-vs-friendly-captcha/#:~:text=reCaptcha%20and%20hCAPTCHA%20are%20similar,to%20manually%20solve%20a%20puzzle.

Another option would be to set Wizard > Consent > Services > “Do you want to block reCAPTCHA before consent, and when consent is revoked?” to no. But it does mean you are not compliant, so we do not recommend setting this option this way.

Kim’s solution to use Friendly ReCaptcha would be perfectly fine, though if you’d want to keep the Google ReCAPTCHA in place; you could add a HTML button/link to the registration form to accept the Marketing cookies, so that users are able to send the form. Example:
