• Hello!

We integrated Google Recaptcha by simply copying and pasting in the two keys (did we miss any steps?)

The recaptcha works fine for ME, I simply click “I am not a robot” and it works.

But — numerous folks have complained that this is NOT working for them. When they click “I am not a robot” – – the form attempts to present them with the recaptcha challenge of images (find all images with cats, etc) – – however – – the images do NOT display! It’s as if the images are cut off. So, these visitors are unable to proceed and send their message.

Why are some visitors unable to simply click “I am not a robot”? What can we do to make this form work properly all the time, for everyone?

    Thank you for your help!

Try switching theme to the default one (Twenty Seventeen) and deactivating all other plugins.

Hmmm, ok. Will do. I’ll also need to enlist the help of someone who had trouble with the recaptcha though as it always worked ok for me on MY computer!?

    Thank you –
