Google reCaptcha error

    I’m attempting to use the login functionality with Google reCaptcha v3. However, I’m getting the following error when submitting the login information:

    ERROR:Error on google reCaptcha. Contact your site administrator.

    I have entered the API and key — as well as tested it and I’m getting “Captcha Test Successful !”

    I can’t find any error messages anywhere….is there a debug setting somewhere that enables me to see the error?

    Hi there,

    Please go to User Registration > Tools > Logs and see if you find any error messages related to this. If so, please provide us with the log and we will look into this.

    We tried to replicate this issue over here but we were unable to do so.

    I have the same problem. I get this error but if i clear cache it disappear. but after time it came another time. IN the log i see an error like this but the time its not the same:

    I had the error ERROR:Error on google reCaptcha. Contact your site administrator. today another time at 15.30 (italy)

    Just some extra contex perhaps:

    I have the same issue, but some users are encountering this on Mobile but not on Desktop. I’ve checked the error logs too, but there are no error logs associated with this issue.
