Google Reader wont show RSS Updates

I wonder if anyone found a solution to this bug.

I often write articles and want to update them a few months later. Of course i change the publish date so the readers will see the update too.

The updated article will show up correctly in the RSS-Feed. Google Reader though will show the updated article but wont put it at top.

I wrote already a few times in the Google Forums but noone could help.

Prolly someone here knows a solution to this annoying problem.
