Google is not recognizing my product feed. Ive uploaded my product feed and added a link created through woocommerce google product feed plugin and when I requested support from google because I saw the error message: “The product data you submitted in your feed does not meet the product data specification, so your products were not approved. Fix and update your feed to display products to customers. To see all issues, go to Diagnostics,” I was told there werent any products in my feed, but when i open the link, I see products, so Im not sure what is going on between google and the plugin and my feed.

Thanks Margaret, but I did open a support ticket a d Amelia hasn’t been very “supportive.” Pretty shameful and disappointing. So I turn to the community for assistance.

    Hi @naughtyandnicelingerie

Very sorry about that! Can you please share the ticket # or ID (you received via email when you made the request) so that we can investigate?

    Thanks

Meanwhile, if anyone has any information or ideas, I’m all ears.

    Hi @naughtyandnicelingerie

Just to let you know that we are checking into the issue.

Thanks for the flag, kindly note the normal timeframe for a response for tickets is 24-48 hours. Also, our coverage for this forum is regarding WooCommerce Core topics, which means Google Product Feed is outside scope (in this forum). My recommendation is to reply to your support ticket created in case there are further questions.

I am positive you’ll receive a response as soon as our team can.

    Thank you.

The responses i have received were not helpful. I was directed to this forum from the plugin product page, so it is very foolish on the plugin creative writing team’s part if this isn’t a helpful forum for this plugin.

Anyone considering this plugin, don’t. Find a better one. I am looking for another. This one is a waste of money and they do not stand behind their product. Save yourself the money and aggravation.

This plugin has a Woocommerce variable product bug (and I have a lot of products with variables: size / colors) & it doesn’t have the support for it coded in. They have an “experimental beta feature” that forces you to monitor the Merchant Console for errors. Not what you want when you are a small business trying to keep track of so many factors in running your business. This plugin fails us in that aspect.

Good luck to all other small business owners!

Small business owners, instead of using any plugin, go to add a feed to your account and ask google to crawl your site for your products. They tell you what may be wrong with the feed and how to correct issues. No need to waste your money on a poor performing plugin.

    Best of luck to all!

Learn from my mistake in trusting this plugin.
